Milan vs Inter

Inter played their first game last weekend in the Guiseppe Meazza stadium against newly promoted Bari. The match ended in a 1-1 draw which did not suit the likes of Jose Mourinho’s taste. His team lacked the flair and the creative upfront as Eto was left alone on its own most of the time. It did look like a formation and strategy that Mourinho once used during his Chelsea days. If a repeat of this performance at the derby could prompt some issues among the Inter squad and that would be very unfortunate so early in the season. Inter will be hoping that Eto continues his goals and the defense toughen up in a game that a lot could be lost.

The Milan derby has been an important fixtures in the Serie A as the decider of the league could fall on whoever wins this type of games. Inter have been dominating this ties for a few years now and rightly so because they went on to win the Serie A. However, this time around, the tie has come a bit early than usual and Milan looks to have a bit of edge.
